Pool heating is available upon request at $120/week (recommended Oct - May). Spa usage is optional ($80 per week). Discount rate for both pool heating and spa is $160/week. Florida state and local sales and tourist taxes is 12%. We accept checks, credit cards and money orders. Credit-card & PayPal payments are subject to a 4% administration charge (except for Deposit). Check-in is 4pm day-of-arrival, check-out is 11am day-of-departure. We hold a short-term rental license that requires our villa meet all the safety and hygiene standards.
